Who is behind Paris à la Carte today?
In 2017, after consulting with Els’s loved ones, Y-catcher! took over ParijsalaCarte.nl. Jenny Luten, owner of Y-catcher!, had already been assisting Els with technical support for some time. She met Els a few times, and they were in regular contact. When Els passed away, Jenny felt it would be a shame for this beautiful website to disappear.
